Life these last 5 years has been quite the education that I never wanted...immersed in the cancer world - as both caregiver and patient, then widowhood and grief survivor, and solo parent of hilarious, beautiful, needy munchkins...

These days -because of these life experiences- I’m feeling pulled to DO MORE to help & connect with others.

I recently founded Sladeks Seeking Wellness, LLC, as a Program Facilitator and Coordinator, with a focus on mental health and wellness support services.

Sladeks Seeking Wellness program topics center on health and wellness, and range from cancer and grief, to women entrepreneurs and revitalizing trips for women!
